    Good Day,

When we recompress our WebP images to a different compression level (say, from 25% to 60%), your plugin displays a strange-looking compression status counter.

    Specifically, it displays the following:

    COMPRESSING IMAGE -NNN OF 0...

    Details: https://prnt.sc/7BIyYHYxAmJr

The counter should display the following:

    COMPRESSING IMAGE N OF NNN

As it stands now, it’s hard to gauge how many images remain to be compressed with the current status counter.

Kindly review and consider fixing the above at your next convenient plugin update.

    Thank you.

    Hello @generosus ,

I have attempted to replicate the issue you reported on the websites I tested, but unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the same behavior.

To assist you more effectively, I kindly request you to open a Helpdesk request through your SiteGround Client Area. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and specify the website where you are encountering this problem.

It may be necessary for us to log in and examine the application, particularly the number of images that need to be converted. This could potentially be the source of the problem, or there may be a conflict with another plugin.

    Best regards,
    Georgi Ganchev

    Hey @georgiganchev,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

So, we retested the issue using a staging site and all plugins activated. Like you, we were unable to replicate the issue.

Based on the above, we will monitor better our finding (with our live site) and provide more details if this happens again. Weird event!

    Cheers 🙂
