I just tested in latest version with new WordPress installation. But only 1 image update https://prnt.sc/qJosPfFjTg0K even check in folder location only 3 image created. thumb, galery and big image.
You updated single image or multiple images?

I’ve more informations, look like issue with WPML Multilanguage plugin if activate or not when i create ad/upload image (but bug don’t appear after upload on edit page)
1/ When WPML deactivate, and i create ad, single ad display correctly (no duplicate image)…but small in middle of page.

2/ When WPML activate, and i create ad, single ad display with bug (duplicate image)…but full width in the page.

Whatever i do after the ad is created (activate/deactivate plugins) will not change anything in frontend…look like code/bug is registered in the ad.
