    Hey Sybre

I hope you and your family are well.

I have been using your great plugin for over a year now and thank you for all of your hard work. You may recall that when developing my site I previously reported a couple of bugs which you very kindly, and promptly, addressed with an update.

I am now expanding my site and need to include the Learnpress plugin.

There is a conflict between your plugin and learnpress that results in the following bug:

When you view the courses tab in the admin back end of Learnpress the table headings get jumbled and overlapped (some display vertically instead of horizontally).

I have systematically deactivated all of my plugins and can confirm that the conflict is between The SEO Framework and Learnpress.

I would be very grateful if you could have a look at this bug and let me know if you have a fix. I need to resolve the problem because both your great plugin and Learnpress are essential to my website moving forward.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Kind Regards

    Max

    Hi Max,

Thank you so much for your kind words and support 🙂

Are you by any chance using Firefox? Firefox has a couple of issues with the way WordPress presents tables.

Unfortunately, I can’t fix that without a brand-new approach to the output of the bar.

You currently have two options that will fix the display issue:
    a) Use any other browser than Firefox.
    b) Hit “Screen Options” and uncheck “SEO”.

    Cheers 🙂

    Hey Sybre

Thanks for your prompt and meaningful reply.

I offer “kind words” regarding your plugin because in my view it is the very best SEO solution in the WP repository.

You also provide impeccable support with swift and detailed answers.

I have trialed the BUG on different browsers and your are right regarding it arising from Firefox (Gecko). It is not present when using other browser options.

The “Screen Options” solution you offered provides a (cosmetic) fix.

Regarding address the firefox issues, what about coding the SEO Framework with a firefox browser option and if ticked it displays the TG,DG,I,F,A,R tiles vertically in two rows of three (or three rows of two) instead of horizontally?

I am not a brilliant young coder like yourself so perhaps my suggestion is just plain stupid.

Thanks again for your valuable assistance.

    Kind Regards

    Max

    Hi Max,

    🙂

Your suggestion isn’t crazy at all! It’s actually in my list of options 😀
Unfortunately, it promises only to make the issue less prominent to happen. It doesn’t make the problem go away completely.

So far I haven’t found a solution that’s elegant myself. Feel free to contribute your thoughts on the previously linked-to GitHub thread.
