    The plugin is good but it has some bugs. Like when I click forms It takes me to setting again & again.

Let’s begin troubleshooting with the following steps:

    • Onboarding Steps: First of all, please make sure that you have completed each step of the Onboarding section that appears after activating the plugin for the very first time. If you can confirm that it is done, then proceed to the next step.
    • Clear Cache:  Clear all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache. Hope the issue will be solve then.
    • Isolate the problem: Disable all plugins (with the exception of Elementor/Pro and MetForm), and temporarily switch your WordPress theme to Hello theme. If this resolves the issue, gradually reactivate your plugins and theme one by one, until identifying the conflicting plugin or theme.
    • Change Permalink: Also, change the permalink and then check whether the plugin is working or not. Watch this video to see how to change permalinks.
