Bug 2.0.11 : Album not shown gallery

Hello.

I have found bug in nextgen gallery 2.0.11 (wordpress 3.6).

Step for reproduce:
0. Not use mod_rewrite apache module (in fact, it does not matter).
1. Created new album with name “test”.
2. Created 2 new galleries with russian characters in the title (not in a path for file system!)
3. Uploaded images to new galleries.
4. Created new page with title “test page”.
5. On the “test page” showed album “test”.
6. View “test page”. Shown title galleries fine.
7. Link to gallery like as “http://localhost/index.php/nggallery/test/%d1%82%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%82?page_id=26/”. Click to link.
Result: gallery not shown, new link to gallery “http://localhost/index.php/nggallery/test/%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%82/test/%d1%82%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%82?page_id=26/” (duplication effect). Duplication effect maybe infitity.
Expected result: gallery must be displayed.

For english title – working fine.
Old version (1.9.12) working fine for any titles.
Version 2.0.12 beta – bugged too.

P.S. i checked this issue for working installation wordpress and for new installation on the localhost. In both cases I have this issue.

Sadly, but I rollback to 1.9.12 :-(.
