BuddyPress Profile Url

Hi guys, I’ve seen that in the plugin I can insert the BuddyPress url of each user. In practice, I would like those who click on a user’s avatar, would be redirected to that user’s profile. The PHP variable is there, but I don’t know how to insert it correctly. I’ve tried it in all the ways!
