    Hello team! So basically what I want to do is to hide groups. So non logged in users should be able to access that page: https://primary-portal.gr/omades/ but then when they click on a single team they get redirected.

    So what’s the restriction type for that? I tried several but none worked..

    Content Control cannot restrict BuddyPress groups, only directories.

    But why is that?? Is just another restriction string. Can you add this as a suggestion to be implemented or if you know any way that I can achieve it..

    Hi @billakosgr,

    We received an update regarding your question.

    We only auto-generate and support rules for WordPress post types and taxonomies. Anything else will only be supported with pro features likely. Those will be based on feature requests etc.

    Content Control will only show actual WordPress user roles. If a group is not one of those 3 items, there is no reason it would show without us developing those features specifically.

    Essentially BuddyPress does not follow WordPress normal practices. It has built “groups” as a custom functionality that is unrelated to core WordPress in any way.
