Brunelleschi 1.4.1 – Comments & Menu

Hi there, I have two questions.

The site I am working on is located here; http://mrsdalrymple.com/

1) I am trying to remove the ability to comment on the Pages (ie; About me, Contact, etc.) while still being able to comment on the blog posts. I’ve looked up guides and how-to’s, but most say to remove the line about comments. Unfortunately the page.php does not have that line.

2) Second, I want to be able to expand the width of the menu. To look like this. http://img830.imageshack.us/img830/5552/mariem.jpg So to justify it and center it.

3) I want to remove the spacing between the menu and the header image.

4) The body text of my posts stay black #000 instead of turning into the brown I chose #421010. Will I need to manually change the color in each post?

5) How can I expand the width of my Search box so it is the same size of the column? (Is it possible to remove the Search button and just have people press “Enter” instead?)

6) I want to remove the table spacing on the body text so that it lines up with the lines of the banner. (“home” “Test” “Hello world!” would all line up with the header)
