    I have a couple of problems on my site (http://www.pensieridiunamentemalata.com) who are making me crazy …

    The first problem is related to social ID login. If I use Chrome, I can log in correctly but if I use Firefox, login does not work anymore and even if I change my pc, I also have redirection problems.

    The second problem is the sharing of articles. If I use Chrome, instead of opening a simple pop up (which until Friday did and now no more) opens a new window … But of course, if I use Firefox I open the pop up as usual.

    I’m really mad at having this kind of problem

    Facebook login is not working because following Facebook Like button script contains a different Facebook App ID than the one you are using for Facebook Social Login at our plugin options page:

    <!--Facebook Like Button Script------>
    <script>(function(d, s, id) {
      var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
      if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
      js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
      js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1&appId=136911316406581";
      fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
    }(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script>

    Replace 136911316406581 in above code with the Facebook App Id you are using for Facebook login.
    For Facebook Login to work in Firefox, you need to disable “Tracking Protection”.

    Google+ login is not working because you have not enabled Google+ API in the Google App you have created. You need to follow step 4,5 at http://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-google-plus-client-id/

    if I change my pc, I also have redirection problems.

    Let us know what redirection problems are you facing if you want us to help.

    The second problem is the sharing of articles. If I use Chrome, instead of opening a simple pop up (which until Friday did and now no more) opens a new window … But of course, if I use Firefox I open the pop up as usual.

    Make sure you are using latest versions of your browsers.

    Yes, I noticed that after updating the theme, the Facebook ID was reported as in the original and so it did not work anymore … As for Chrome I have the latest version installed but still keep opening new windows when I want to share an article.

    It’s not a serious problem but in a pop up, as when using FIrefox is much nicer.

    Yes, we noticed latest version of Google Chrome is opening new tab when used share icons. We are looking into it.

    We have fixed the social share dialogue opening in new tab instead of popup window in version 7.9.3. Kindly update your plugin.
