Browser Compatibility

Hi
This refers to 2 of my sites:
http://www.charliechansrestaurant.co.uk
and
http://www.itsjustlife.co.ukI have checked both sites in all the Internet explorers, Firefox and Chrome which are fine but they don’t seen compatible with Mac Safari.
It seems to be missing bits either side but the site is only 950 wide, any ideas what I could do about it.
