Browser campatibility

I use the connections plugin to show the picture and the name-adress information of the members of the choir. I also use the plugin to show information about our performances, with the song-list and the poster. It always worked fine.
Since one of the latest updates the photo’s did show in Chrome but didn’t show in IE11 and iOS Safari. I updated my Theme and now they show in IE11 and Chrome, but still not in ios Safari.

Is there some browser inpcompatibility in the plugin?

No, there is no known browser incompatibility. More like is an conflict with the theme or another plugin. If you can share a link to the page in question, I can take a quick look.

I use an own created template. I can mail it if it helps.
I use the Atahualpa theme version 3.7.18

My guess is that BPS (BulletProof Security) is blocking the links to the HiDPI (Retina) images that Connections uses to create and cache them on demand.

Try deactivating the plugin or somehow whitelist the links (I’m not familiar with BPS).

Thanks,
returning to the default security mode and deactivaing BPS resolved the issue.

BPS creates a very secure .htaccess file. I will try to find out what part was too secure
.

Ok, I’ve logged this an a plugin conflict. I’ll try to figure out what BPS does not like … I may just remove the HiDPI image urls and scrap the feature 🙁
