Broken WordPress Admin

Hi. I’ve recently made some changes to the .htaccess file for my wordpress page and although the site and its content works fine, my wordpres admin pages are slightly broken.

The login doesn’t work when I go in to /wp-admin but wp-login.php works. Things like the search and delete options don’t seem to be working either.

I also noticed that the system is putting two ‘//’ after my URL domain name:
