Sorry. Why do you want the user to see the WP toolbar? Are they not going to be using the Dashboard inside my-acoount page?
I have users that are allowed to access certain parts of the site one being entrywizard to download image files and spread sheet. I also have users that have other role to update certain parts of the web site. So unless I give them full admin access they can not gain access to those areas and do their job
Got it. So multiple users need and don’t need. Maybe this plugin?

Otherwise I’d write a script if you code.
No GO, it will not show it for any user I checked admin and lost the bar for me but found a way to get back in to the tool bar through the edit page
I am going to give it a rest 1 am here in Canada a bit tired
Must be a theme conflict then. Try a different theme and see if that works. I hear ya. NYC right here. Yawwwwwwn
It is not my site and I do not want to mess with it as there is a lot of data on the site. The theme is Garden and is a commercial purchased site. I am afraid if I change the Theme it will lose some Data that the club needs
I look after the clinic image uploads and online judging plugin and I do have admin rights but need to have some helpers that only can access the entry wizard plugin.

Does their hosting allow for a staging site? Can you create a local install?
I recommend you create one of these two things if you manage the site so you can test and fix conflicts without disturbing the live site.
Switching the theme won’t lose you any data but there is a time limit that if you go past like 5 mins you’ll have to add menu items back.
I should not have to do all this the plugin should not interfere with the main workings of WordPress.
They are only using it so members can renew their membership and pay for any outings. Woo Commerce is way to much for what they need. I will ask the webmaster to try a different plugin for the commerce part of the site.
