Broken URLs

I’ve created a network as instructed in the codex, but i’m having trouble with the new blog’s urls. My domain is http://www.avenir.dungeon.com.br/ and i’ve chosen the sub-dir option. If i try to create a http://www.avenir.dungeon.com.br/teste it creates a avenir_dungeon_com_brteste/ instead. What am i doing wrong?
