Does the issue remain when you switch to the Storefront theme?

As suggested by @oaoyadeyi, try switching to the default theme to see if that helps. Also have you updated the lasted version of WP? if yes, contact your host. They can roll back to the previous version.

The problem goes away with Storefront. But it’s strange because Hello theme is basically blank canvas and it should be compatible with Woo.

Thank you for the update. Since the issue appears only when the Hello theme is active, I’d suggest reaching out to the theme support, and they should be able to point you in the right direction:
