Broken Plugin

    Good day,

    The website was 100% funtional and working untill the latest update. Since then, the headers and footers are bugged or not appearing at all. I made new ones, refreshed cache, literally sat for 4 hours trying to fix what an update has broken.

    When I go to the plugin and preview the header and footer, they are PERFECT, but for some reason when the website loads, it completely breaks and doesn’t show the way it’s suppose to. I even tried to rollback to 1.1.2 which was working, and not it’s still broke.

    Please will you be able to assist to rectify this.

    Hi Team Brainstorm Force,

    I have the same problem. All my headers have show up without the correct formatting. When I go to the plugin and preview the header and footer it shows as designed but on the main site it does not. Is there a fix for this?

    As we checked your website on the frontend, we can see it displaying as expected.

    Here’s the screenshot of the same.

    Can you let us know, how we can check this issue?

    We even tried to reproduce the issue on our end, we can see that the header is looking fine with the old as well as an updated version.

    Hence, we will recommend you to open a support ticket so that we can check this issue in more depth on your site. Do mention this topic’s URL for better tracking.

    Hi Team Brainstorm Force,

    as you correctly point out it is working now. It was a strange one. I think Astra updated the theme around a similar time and sone of my astra settings my have been in conflict. Your plugin is working again on all my sites.
