Broken Links after WordPress 4.4.0 Upgrade

I have found a ton of broken links in my newly generated site map on my site. All of the broken links look similar to this:

index.php/wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.corvetteactioncenter.com%2Findex.php%2Fgm-to-invest-44-million-in-bowling-green-corvette-assembly-plant%2F&format=xml

What could be causing these broken links?
