    Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention,

    I just tested this locally but I am unable to reproduce the problem. This popup uses the SweetAlerts (swal) library – I suspect another plugin on your site uses the same, resulting in a conflict between them.

    That said, these pop-ups only direct to the Pro plugin, so you are not missing any actual functionality because of this,

    I could take a closer look at the issue if you sent you a list of active plugins on your site,
