Hi @sourabhgodha,
Thanks for the information provided.
I had a look at your dev environment and your production website and I can see that you are not pointing to the same cloud. For example, if you go to this page https://cloudinary-pcf2.pantheonsite.io/bio/?resercher_name=B from your dev environment and this page https://www.pcf.org/bio/?resercher_name=B from your production environment and inspect the image linked to W. Nathaniel Brennen, the dev environment is using the cloud decklvmts whereas the production one is using pcf. It seems that the cloud decklvmts is missing some images that you have on the pcf one.
Could you please go to the Cloudinary plugin then click on connect and make sure you have the right environment variable?
Looking forward to your response.
Best,
Loic
Hello @loiccloudinary ,
I was able to debug the issue, the images were not syn to the cloud so the images were broken. I am now stuck in one more issue on sync the images to cloud.
In the admin section of plugin there is option of – Bulk-Sync WordPress Media with Cloudinary (optional). When I press the button the ajax seems not be stop and I am not able to stop the ajax as well. Can you please look into the issue on urgent basis.
Thank you,
Sourabh Godha
Hi @sourabhgodha ,
I can take a look while @loiccloudinary is away.
When the button “Sync all media to Cloudinary” is clicked, bulk sync starts sending images from WordPress Media Library to Cloudinary Media Library. During this process, the button changes to “Stop Sync“.
Clicking on the “Stop Sync” button stops the sync process. Any images uploaded to this point will remain synced.
I just tested this on my side, seems to be working as explained above.
Are you noticing that the upload process did not stop when the “Stop Sync” button is pressed? If so, please provide the exact steps to reproduce the behavior.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jay
Hi @sourabhgodha
Hope you are doing well.
I was wondering if you got a chance to look at Jay’s answer and if the issue was fixed.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Loic
