You need to log into your hosting client and delete the google folder under plugins.

For a bit of quick help, you could check for a plugin/theme conflict like detailed here: http://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/Support-Process-Support-Process.png
Though perhaps just ensuring you’re on the latest version of the plugin as well as WordPress will sort it for you?
