Bring the image back on pause

Hello and good day!

First thank you for such a great plugin! 🙂

My question, I wanted to know is there a way to bring the image back when a video is paused. This way if a visitor clicks on another image the current playing video will pause and then go back to the the thumbnail preview image. Similar to how they have it here: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/discover/sundance ( click on view trailer to see what I mean )
