Hey there,
This is something that’s very much controlled by the payment gateway, as they detemrine how much is sent to the payment processor. Which Authorize.Net plugin are you using?
If you aren’t sure, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

To change the color of the text in Powerpack Designer, click Add Style, then select the text section. See here for details: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/storefront-powerpack/#section-3

You specify everything correctly! But for text color, a brief product description – the Powerpack Designer plugin does not work.
