• I had previously set up Brevo as the SMTP handler for my WPForms Lite responses (using a Brevo issued API key) and it was working great until a few days ago when I stopped receiving emails from all of my WPForms submissions. When I go to the “Integrations” page in my WPForms control panel, it looks like Brevo is now disabled for my current free tier. Would that be the cause for the forms to stop working?

We’re a very small community non-profit (all volunteer) and using the free tiers of several services until we get the funding to migrate to the paid tiers.

    Hi @masonarts ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The Brevo integration under WPForms → Settings → Integrations is used for connecting your forms to Brevo’s marketing services (such as adding subscribers to your Brevo lists). It isn’t responsible for sending your form notification emails, and it’s a paid feature.

If you’re using WP Mail SMTP with the Brevo mailer to send your notification emails and are facing email delivery issues, could you please run a test email? You can do this by going to WP Mail SMTP → Tools → Email Test and sending a test email.

If the test email is sent successfully, that means your mailer is configured correctly. If you receive an error instead, please share the complete error message with us so we can take a closer look and help you resolve the issue.

    Thanks!
