I confirm the image library bug, too.
<rant>
I used to love BackWPup : one of the most useful and reliable WordPress plugins I’ve been using. Since BackWPup v3, Itss been a continuous flow of bugs that could affect the backup itself, or even break a part of my WordPress! And I shiver when I wonder if the backups are restorable, given the recent drop of plugin quality.
So yeah, I know BackWPup is free, and I’m thankful for this. But whatever happened to the develoment quality upon v3, please, pretty please, go back to your good ol’ way of coding ! V3 seems like an alpha version to me. Meanwile, I’m rverting all my sites to v2.

@budskab Have you updated to 3.0.10 yet? 3.0.9 unfortunately had a major issue.
@mll I can see why you’re disappointed. BackWPup has become very popular in a relatively short time and Daniel, the author of BackWPup, has been working very hard to maintain its quality and availability as a free plugin. I know it may sound kind of vague, but we (meaning Daniel and the folks at MarketPress.com) are currently reviewing and optimizing our release process in order to keep up with BackWPups ever growing download numbers and ensure high quality in code. So yes, we’re moving —not back, though, but forward. 🙂
3.0.10 fixes the image library bug for me.
Thanks for your reply Caspar. It’s good to know people are commited. I’ll give 3.0.10 its chance.
HI
Seems that it did the job upgrading to the 3.0.10 release.
Thanks!
