Breaks permalinks, Overhauls custom scripts

    Hi, I’m having all sorts of issues with the Plugin with and without the Pro addition installed.

    1. it moves all my enqued scripts to the head
    2. if I reset the plugins settings through more options, it completely breaks the site- as in on the front end every link you click just loads the homepage but shows the right url.

    I notice that in the gallery settings the “Where would you like galleries stored?” option is blank, and if I try to populate it, I get redirected to the homepage, no changes made.

    3.The fullscreen pop-up on the filmstrip slider will not close. It just flashes when you click on it. FF, Chrome, and Safari.
