Breaks Javascript in Smooth Slider

I bought the pro version to get the templates and when I enable them it breaks my smooth slider plugin on my site (htpcguides.com). Smooth slider is very sensitive unfortunately. I don’t see a private email to get refunds, if you can point me in the right direction to start the refund process that would be great.
