hi, its only affecting the divi builder, i.e. templates cannot be saved. I recorded the behaviour: https://www.loom.com/share/73eb04a099c946d7a33e36afbee16101
If I desable yoast I dont get this issue.
@vgeli Thanks for your reply and for providing the video.
Does the issue still occur when only a default theme such as TwentyTwenty, Yoast SEO 15.8, and Divi builder 4.9 are active?
If so, we’d then next recommend for you to submit a bug report. We’re actively using the bug tracking on our GitHub repository so your best next step would be to create a new issue for our developers at https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/new. You will need an account to create a new issue.
If this is your first bug report, please check out: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/

hi, thanks, Divi builder comes with the Divi Theme, so there is no way to use Divi builder with another Theme. I found a workaround to deactivate Yoast and after finishing the building I will reactivate. Will do on github once I have time. Best, Mike
We’ve been having this exact same problem with all our Divi sites.
Divi theme 4.9.0 in combination with Yoast SEO 15.8 causes the Divi theme builder to break (it won’t save new templates).
For now we’re going to rollback all Yoast plugins to version 15.7 which doesn’t seem to cause this problem.
Would love to know when this is fixed, because we use the Divi and Yoast combination a lot.

seems like it was on DIVI side, they just released a new version incl. this item:
– Fixed issue where you couldn’t save a theme builder template when Yoast SEO plugin is activated.
I quick test looks good 🙂
cheers, m
