    Hi,
When the popup I created is shown on mobile, I see words broken off at the end of a line incorrectly.

Like this, for example the word “Onafhankelijk”:

    Onafhank
    elijk

Is there a solution for this?

    Thanks, Michiel

    Hi @michiellap,

We checked the link you sent but don’t see any popup loading.

Could you send us the specific link where we can check the specific popup you’re referring to?

A popup is just a container for content. Could you recheck if there’s any html formatting that’s messing up with your words?

Also check here for a possible CSS solution: word-break – CSS: Cascading Style Sheets | MDN (mozilla.org)

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions.

    Hi,

So the popup shows up in the link I sent you, when you put a product in your basket, go to shopping cart and then to the checkout page. The checkout page is the link page as mentioned before.

I looked at the css solution you sent me, but I don’t see where to apply this code. In the plugin, under custom css?

    Kind regards

    Hi @michiellap,

Thanks for detailing the conditions of the popup. We can see it now. 🙂

This popup is not from Popup Maker but from Ays Popup Box. See here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Kuzl6JR

Please try to reach out to their support for issues related to their popup.

For the custom CSS, you may add it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. Just make sure to target the correct element.

    Cheers!
