Are the breadcrumbs of your theme also showing on other pages / posts, or just the knowledgebase page?
Do you know / could you check with the developer how the theme is adding/disabling the breadcrumbs on the pages? It could be the theme disables the breadcrumbs on the ‘pages’ / ‘posts’, but not the ‘articles’.

You could also consider using the Theme’s breadcumbs and turn off the WP Knowledgebase breadcrumbs in the plugin settings so they do not conflict/duplicate.

The Theme’s breadcrumbs are showing a wrong path:

Thats why we will fade out the Theme’s breadcrumbs now manually for the articles and the WP Knowledgebase Archive Page.
As you can see in the example above there is also a wrong title for the WP Knowledgebase Archive Page. It should be “Produktdatenbank” but is still “Knowledgebase Archive…” We will also try to change that manually.
I will give a report about the success here.

The problem is resolved. We needed to make some changes in some theme CSS- and Template-Files. The problem was caused by the 3clicks Theme.
