Where are you seeing that error? For example are you seeing it in the logs or on the front end? Have you configured your API keys?
What version of the plugin are you using?

The error is on the front end during checkout under where it says credit card. I’m having troubling logging into my account on your site and it said it would resend my password but it hasn’t.

You’re probably referring to the Braintree site? If so you should contact their support team regarding your password. I have no control over their website or your access to the Braintree dashboard.
