Hi everyone, my work site i built on wordpress has had a huge spike in traffic lately and upon analysis it all apears to be because of repeated access to a particular file called bp_ncom.php My web searches indicate this is a malicious file that A remote user can execute arbitrary PHP code and operating system commands on the target system with the privileges of the target web service.

It doesnt appear that damage has been done yet. Help me stave off attackers before its too late!

How do i address this problem?

That file isn’t a WordPress file, so there’d be no problem deleting it.
