Probably you installed a Sweetdate demo that uses form 876. If so, you should now create your own form and replace form 876 with yours.
For confirmation and details, I suggest you see the Sweetdate installation and configuration instructions.

search result is empty. but in ALL members field it shows number of members…

Hey, I am facing same error “BP Profile Search 5.3.3 error: Form ID “876” is empty or nonexistent” Can you help me i am unable to understand from where i had to solve this.
