Support » Plugin: Popups - WordPress Popup » Box Position: Centered not working

  • I’m using the free version of the plugin. Most of the Box Position selections are working as expected, but the Centered option is vertically centered and flush left (inline styling of left: 0) instead of horizontally centered as expected. I had used the plugin last fall on this website and I remember the Centered position put the popup in the vertical and horizontal center of the screen at that time.

    Please, could you give us the url?

    Ok, it looks like the issue is with my site. When I tried the same popup on a slightly out-of-date clone of the site, Centered worked as expected. I have some investigating to do on my part.

    Hey @timothyf, did you ever figure out what the issue was?

    I’m experiencing the same thing on my site.

    Hi @timothyf I would actually like to align the box left and centred vertically. Could you share with us the reason why please, ie was it css?

    @timothyf @edikitt I figured it out:

    div#spu-7889 {
    left: 0!important;

    This aligns the box left but its still centred perfectly.

    Pls note you will need to replace 7889 with the id assigned on your site, you can find this by looking at the source code.

    Does the problem persist? Could you send to me some url with these problem?

    Hey @gonzalesc,

    After doing a bit more troubleshooting, I discovered that my problem had to do with the premium version of the plugin, not the free version, and was only present on mobile.

    I reached out yesterday and as I’m writing this, it looks like an update was just released for the premium plugin that resolves the issue. 🙂

    Thanks for continuing to follow up!

    Hi @edikitt

    Thanks for your update.
