Box only loads on Refresh

Hi,

I think I know why this is happening but have no idea how to fix it..

The box is only loading if the assigned page is loaded first (i.e. you can’t navigate to the page from another throughout the nav bar).

I think this is because the theme I’m using loads pages within the page… er that doesn’t make any sense.. what I mean is that it doesn’t load the whole page. the nag and header stay loaded and it just switches the content (although the url does change).
