May be It’s Conflicting with other plugin. Please try to deactivate all other plugin one by one and then let me know that which one is conflicting with it.

I am still seeing the error every time I clear the cache (i.e. when a new user visits the site) in both firefox and chrome. Is there an update to the plugin i have to install?

I have been checked our plugin in your given theme package but i don’t found any issue, it may be confliction with js and css with other plugins, so please share a screenshot where you are using all plugin so that i can checked and fix the issue.

Unfortunately I was unable to wait and had to go with a different solution.

I have tested your URL again and i have found that it is a js order issues which you have use your page header try to change the order of js or put your js in footer section then if you have any query let me know.
