Bot that saves time!

I’ve been using it for about a month. The main reason I got it was to automate responses to product questions in WooCommerce. Before, this used to take about 2–3 hours a day on chats, now I barely think about it. One minor thing: there are a lot of different settings – too many, honestly, can’t be bothered to dig into all of them. But you can get by with the basic ones. Other than that, no complaints.
