Bootstrap navbar with dynamic signup/signout

    Is anyone aware of an absolutely unadalterated Bootstrap theme with working dynamic “Sign up” and “Sign in / Sign out” links in the top right hand side navbar?

    By “dynamic” I mean when a user logs in that the Sign up and Sign in links change to a typical user dropdown menu with Profile and Sign Out etc links… much like the WP admin bar.
