Bootstrap a new theme, CLI, framework

    Hi

    I wish to learn how to create a new WP theme (without using a parent theme)

    I am wondering if there is a (CLI) script which help to create the required folders and files.

    I understand there a number of WP themes framework which may do what I looking for, but I am sure abouth which includes a CLI tool.
