Booking for multiple events

    I have a client who does multiple activities at one location. There are four time slots during the day, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00.

    There can only be a maximum of 10 people at a time in any of the time slots, however, there are a number of products with different prices. So, someone might book 10:00 for 10 people to do a climbing wall course for £10, and someone else might book 12:00 to do high ropes at £15.00.

    Is that possible?

    Hello,
    It’s possible. Each hour can have it’s own availability and price.
    Once you submit availability for the hours you want to use, click on the calendar (in back end) again-> click on the little clock on the top right of each day. The hours will appear beneath the calendar. Select the one you want to change, fill the availability form on the right and press submit.
