Booking Error as a guest

    Hello

    I have a problem with version 6.3.1

    When completing the booking as a guest, I get an error message “Error”. If I am logged in then it works.

    Can someone help me here or has tips?

    Hi,

    enable the wordpress debug log and then make a new test, then look inside the debug.log file and look for any php errors.

    Hi,

    are you sure that is the debug.log file?

    Make a booking before download that file.

    Yes, i deleted the debug.log, make a booking and the “error” appears.

    Can nobody help me? I had to stop the booking service an my costumer want to start once again, he needs the service.

    Do you have an other idea, tip or something else? Or should i buy a lizenz so i will get the pro support?
