    Hi.
I created a form(free version) and after successful booking user redirects to My Booking Page. IF I’m logged in as a user, I can see my bookings but if I test it from the incognito tab, I can’t see my bookings because it says – Please log in to your account to view bookings!

And I don’t know how to log in because I don’t have a password.

Is it possible to create, see, and cancel bookings without registration? Is it a pro feature?

I use Woocomemrce and will the Woo login/registration form work?
I prefer not to create WP users for bookings

    Hi @lashac,

Let me try to explain the Booking flow here:

    1) Customer will be a WordPress’ user too if the ‘Create WordPress user upon appointment booking’ switch is enabled from the backend. And Customers will receive an email with a reset password link just like when you signup with any other plugin in WordPress.

    2) Now, for the login, you have to use another third-party WordPress plugin and redirect users to the page where you have placed the BookingPress customer panel’s shortcode.

    I hope this makes sense.

P.S. Customers’ can’t log in to the system if they are not WordPress users and can’t manage their appointments afterward.

    Thanks,

    Can’t I use Woocommerce login/register?
or does Bookingpress Pro has an login feature?

And I also want customers to be able to cancel appointments.
I see the plugin has the feature but I want to have a limit to cancelation.
For example, if a customer cancels an appointment the day before, money won’t be returned. Customers must cancel appointments at least 2 days earlier if they want the money returned.

    Hi @lashac,

    1) BookingPress premium plugin has login, Forgot Password and Change password etc features included

    2) Regarding cancellation, the BookingPress premium version has a feature available that you can set to “Minimum time required before cancellation”. For example, if you have set 2 days required for cancellation, your customers will only be able to cancel an appointment before 2 days. Not after that.

    Thanks,
