Bolded text doesn’t always show up

    Hello everyone,
    I have a problem with my site. Sometimes bolded text doesn’t show up (in heading), while it doesn’t show up at all in the paragraphs, even if I used it. I’m using Texas Theme free version.
    I played around with chrome inspection tool, and here’s a screenshot of what I found. https://imgur.com/McWRa5d
    Basically, the highlighted text should be bolded, but it’s not, maybe because of a conflict in the css code? I’m no CSS expert, so I don’t know how to solve it. Any advice is appreciated.
