– Which WordPress version do you use?
– Did you get any errors during the installation?
– Do you have the correct PHP version?
– Which other plugins do you have installed?
– If we understand it correctly you do see a pop-up that opens after your clicked in the Bol.com button (click on the arrow) in the editor and clicked on one of the options of the dropdown (f.e. Productlink, Bestsellerslijst, Zoekwidget)?

In de hoop het op te lossen heb ik nu wordpress 3.6 erop gezet, maar dit heeft geen resultaat gehad.
De plugin heeft gewerkt, maar uit het niets werkte het niet meer (geen veranderingen aangebracht). Ik krijg nu een 404 als ik bijvoorbeeld op een productlink klik.
Verder draait de plugin van google analytics er nog naast. Ik hoop van jullie te horen wat er aan te doen is.

Can you tell me what you mean with I get a 404 error if I click on a productlink. Where do you click on a productlink? In the content editor? Is the 404 error visible in the pop-up then?
How did you notice it worked. Did you see a plugin page in the pop-up?

Yes, i’m getting a 404 when i click on productlink in the content editor.

When I installed the plugin I tried it and it worked. The page where I put the productlink was working also that time. But when I logged in a fews days later the mentioned problem occurred and the page with product link is showing now a blanc page.
Can you provide the website on which you are having this problems?
Unfortunately I cannnot check your website since it in maintenance mode, but maybe you can answer these questions?

The plugin is not working with my latest verse of WordPress, i’m not able to change the settings, the screen is blurry and i have to quit because there is no other possibility.

The mbstring functions are not enabled in your PHP installation. Check or you have the right PHP version and enable the mbstring functions or let them be enabled by your hosting company. See also this page http://www.php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php
