When I look at your product pages (for example, http://gruenclothing.de/woocommerce/product/mondflug-logo-hoodie-black/ ), the product images look good on my end. I’ve tried this on a Mac, Windows computer and a mobile device; I don’t see the images being blurry on either of those, and the images look quite sharp.
If it doesn’t look good on your end, please attach a screenshot of what you see exactly for our reference.
For screenshots, I recommend using https://snipboard.io for that.
Please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here in this chat.
Additionally, you may also want to check your product thumbnail settings by Go into your site’s admin Dashboard and select Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Product Images and change the settings in there, to see if that makes any difference.
First of all thank you so much for taking the time and watching over this. Great to see that you don’t have any blurry images.
For the settings at Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Product Images I just left the pictures as I uploaded them https://snipboard.io/SbFGYM.jpg
As you can see in the screenshot on my MacBook the pictures look great.
But when I switch to my Desktop Windows 10 PC it looks like this: https://snipboard.io/a7HTNR.jpg One picture is looking decent the other one is blurry. Even though they are both uploaded in the same format at the same time.
Even on the product page the picture looks blurry https://snipboard.io/yaKd0F.jpg.
but when I double click on the picture in the gallery it looks fine https://snipboard.io/fLK32g.jpg. This is strange.
I thought maybe it’s because of the chrome browser but I’m not the only one who has problems with the pictures.
A friend of mine also told me that the pictures on the website are looking blurry. He is also on a mac using safari. Here is his screenshot: https://snipboard.io/jpB5xT.jpg
If you have any idea how i can fix this and get a constant decent quality please let me know.
This is the uploaded image: https://snipboard.io/iZ3bJG.jpg
I have some additional css going on as well but as far as I know nothing that could effect the thumbnail picture quality.
