Blue Host, Impossible to install optimization plugin

    Hi.

    I’m curently trying bluehost (Vps Hosting optimized for WordPress).
    In the Cpanel, I have a link to install plugin to optimize my WordPress installation “Install Optimized Hosting for WordPress Plug-ins”
    When I click on it, I have this error message ” Plug-in installation failed. Failed to receive a valid response”

    I’ve contacted bluehost support and they answer that is WordPress.org who block an IP adress “162.144.158.132”

    I have no ideas about how WordPress.org can block an IP but .. I ask…
