  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

i deactivated all plugins and nothing happened. however, when i switched to default theme my problem is solved. the thing is, i really want to us afterburner. is there possibly any way to keep this theme without having this problem?

one more thing. this problem only occurs when i place blogroll on top. when it’s on the sidebar, everything is ok.

Could be an issue within the theme’s CSS. A link to your site would help at this point.

certainly! http://cheapgpsnet.com . see the top widget and left sidebar.

Not sure what you mean by “top widget”. I can see 7 links in the left sidebar under the heading “Shop” but nothing that’s obviously a blogroll.

blogroll is only the title, don’t mind that. on the left sidebar you see 7 links while on the top (next to the header) there’s only 6 of them.

Got it now. It’s not a CSS issue. The 7th link simply isn’t being added to the page in the header area. I did notice that the markup for the header list is quite different to the blogroll list in the sidebar – which suggests that they’re being added to the page using very different methods. The blogroll widget markup in the left sidebar is recognisable as standard widget markup but the header list markup is quite different.

How are you adding the links to the header area?

i think it comes with the theme. i the links on blogroll automatically added to the header. however, when i changed blogroll title from Blogroll to, ie. Shop, the links don’t show on the header. thanks for the reply. i guess i’ll try different approach now.
