Bloginfo error/Theme Question

    On this page I have an error http://valcha.net/becky/test.php

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: bloginfo() in /home/marty/public_html/becky/wp-content/themes/default/header.php on line 4

    I’ve found line four and it is this

    <head profile=”http://gmpg.org/xfn/11″&gt;

    And I can’t figure out what is wrong. All I want to do is include the subpages of my site.

    And another newb question is how to do I get my subpages to use the themes that I install? As opposed to using the get header/footer/sidebar directly from the theme directory.
