I am trying to migrate my Blogger blog to a self-hosted WordPress site. I have installed WordPress at my domain (http://www.mgfpostcast.com), and changed the Blogger publishing information to Blogspot, instead of pointing to my domain. I cannot log in to wp-admin; I get a 404 Error. Nor can I view my domain’s parking page, as I get a 404 Error for it to. The Blogspot blog shows up as expected (http://mgfpodcast.blogspot.com). What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?

    Thanks!
    Cindy

The DNS name for www.mgfpostcast.com doesn’t actually exist. Heck, the entire domain mgfpostcast.com is doesn’t exist either. Did you just register that domain..?

Once you fix that (get that DNS name working) then you can start trouble shooting the WordPress installation.

Thanks! I am in the process of transferring the domain from one host to another. I chatted with the new hosting company, and the tech changed some numbers somewhere, and it all works fine now. Thanks again for the reply!
