blog posts showing double in reader

I posted last week that my blog posts were showing a shortened version in reader, even though I had “show full text” selected in the “reading” settings. Thanks to some suggestions I received here, I deactivated some of the plugins and now it is showing the full text in my blog posts. HOWEVER, it is double posting in my reader. In the reader I get the shortened version AND the long version. The plugins that I deactivated were Feedburner FeedSmith, Lux Vimeo, and Network Publisher. Please help
