Blog Posts Relia Theme

Hi guys,

I have recently switched to Relia theme. My blog posts now all have quite a small sized font. I can change them individually using the font plugin I have but is there a way to change the default font size? I also want the paragraphs to be more spaced out.

Also, each individual blog post has an image (inserted into post but not set as featured) but on the main blog page none of those images show up (just a default image as determined by the theme). is there a way to change this?
